1st course

Taste Of Greece

Horiatiki Salata Heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, red capsicum, kalamata olives, capers, fresh herbs, barrel-aged “Varelisia” feta cheese

Shrimp Cocktail White wine poached jumbo black tiger shrimp, cocktail sauce, micro salad

Prime rib 10oz roasted Canadian Prime ribeye, buttermilk mashed potato, heirloom carrots, asparagus, sous vide cippolini onion, Yorkshire pudding, cabernet sauvignon demi-glace.
